Primary Responsibilities:

  • Drive product vision and strategy roadmap for cloud security transformation
  • Lead the product across its entire lifecycle using industry best practices - performance, expansion, financial health, roadmap, and end-of-life
  • Serve as cloud security product champion to guide leadership-level alignment across the enterprise
  • Apply cloud security domain expertise to credibly represent, manage and engage with business(es)
  • Partner with stakeholders to enable successful development, delivery, and adoption of technology solutions
  • Know the market, to effectively identify and frame new technology products within the cloud security domain
  • Diffuse conflict by driving consensus based in the greater good of the product
  • Guide the team through Program Increment (PI) planning events; including capacity planning, prioritization, refinement, and scheduling of work

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • 5+ years of experience with product solution delivery and methods of modern product discovery and product delivery
  • 5+ years of experience in a role that made decisions across an enterprise, and not just one or two business units
  • 5+ years of experience influencing and driving prioritization with security and technology stakeholders across the Enterprise
  • Demonstrated experience navigating and delivering solutions in Fortune 20-sized organizations
  • Ability to ensure industry standard architecture and design patterns are followed
  • Ability to influence "Definition of Done" and ensure it is clearly understood and articulated to stakeholders across the enterprise
  • Ability to negotiate win-win solutions across teams and lines of business (cross application / cross portfolio)
  • Ability to effectively communicate and build relationships across multiple products teams, stakeholders, and leadership

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in a role that made decisions across an enterprise, and not just one or two business units
  • Acumen with product management tools like Aha, Rally, GitHub, and an understanding of DevOps
  • Basic knowledge of CI/CD automation techniques and security tools
  • Proven conceptual understanding of public cloud virtual machines and container solution offerings (Any Cloud Service Provider. Preferred- AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)
  • Proven understanding of security, network, and cloud infrastructure techniques and how they apply to solution delivery
  • Basic understanding of Kubernetes and/or Docker Containers
  • Basic understanding of securing Infrastructure as Code
  • Ability to understand, document and describe expected outcomes, measure business value delivered, and show empathy for user experience

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. UnitedHealth Group complies with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
