Job Description
Campus Facilities is seeking a highly motivated individual for the position of Business Support Specialist II.
Duties and responsibilities associated with this position include:
Research and order materials and services for Custodial, Maintenance and Construction Services.
Enter purchase orders for materials into Show-Me Shop and Maximo.
Receive deliveries.
Organize, restock and inventory materials.
Issue and track tools for Custodial, Maintenance and Construction Services.
Issue and transfer materials into Maximo for Custodial, Maintenance and Construction Services.
Shift
7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
Monday through Friday
Minimum Qualifications
An Associate's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience and at least 2 years of experience from which comparable knowledge and skills can be acquired is necessary
Preferred Qualifications
Must possess a valid driver's license, which will allow legal operation of a motor vehicle in the State of Missouri.
Anticipated Hiring Range
Salary Range: $18.00 - $22.91 per hour
Grade: GGS-007
