Job Description

This position will perform a variety of independent, specialized business support duties within Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable & Training/Support teams. This position performs prepay audit/ approval reviews for travel expense reports and non po vouchers, processing for PO vouchers, as well as phone and email support regarding a wide scope of finance inquiries. This position requires attention to detail and the ability to multitask, prioritize, and follow up.

Shift

40 hour week, M-F, Hybrid schedule with Remote work opportunity. Work typically takes place between 8am-5.

Minimum Qualifications

An Associate's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience and at least 2 years of experience from which comparable knowledge and skills can be acquired is necessary

Preferred Qualifications

Previous experience within Accounts Payable, Finance or previous PeopleSoft Experience

Salary Range: $17.00- $23.00/hour
