One of our Fortune 500 clients (major American wireless network operator) in Bellevue WA is looking for Hardworking & motivated talents to join their awesome team. As a “ Business System Analyst ”. This role supports business licensing among retail locations. This role will open mail sent from jurisdictions (both physical mail as well as email) and scan it into the system and enter key details. This role will also mail licenses out to stores as well as checks to jurisdictions. Finally, this role may support additional data entry through reviewing jurisdictional requirements and entering findings into the system.

Job Description:

• At least 1 year's relevant experience required.
• Responsible for freight claims investigations and improvements.
• Experience in building, managing, and updating automated freight claims systems is a plus.
• Required to write, implement, and communicate new claims SOP which will impact large scale business units.
• Responsible for managing exceptions and creating follow-up with transportation providers.
• Experience managing relationships with carriers, especially with UPS, is required.
• Responsible for building, maintaining, and managing visibility tools and dashboards is required.
• Expected to produce large scale improvements on return of claims checks and identifying future opportunities within carrier contracts.
