Piper Companies is looking for a Salesforce Business Systems Analyst to join a thriving consulting company supporting an extremely mission driven initiative. This is a hybrid (2x a times a week) and full-time position located in Washington DC where you can put your skills to use for a good cause!

Essential Duties of theSalesforce Business Systems Analyst:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements related to Salesforce solutions
• Document detailed business requirements, user stories, and use cases
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications and recommendations for Salesforce configuration, customization, and development
• Perform data analysis and mapping to ensure data integrity and quality within Salesforce

Qualifications of theSalesforce Business Systems Analyst:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field
• At least 4 years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst, with a focus on Salesforce
• Strong understanding of Salesforce functionality, including Service Cloud, Community Cloud and Salesforce Experience Portals
• Proficiency in data analysis and mapping, with experience using tools such as Excel or Salesforce Data Loader
• Experience working in an Agile environment is a plus

Compensation for theSalesforce Business Systems Analyst:

• $100,000-$115,000 (based on experience)
