Zachary Piper Solutions is in need of a Technical Business Analyst to oversee an array of special projects supporting Federal Protective Services (FPS) at the Department of Homeland Security (DHS). This is a hybrid position (on site 1-2 times per week) in Washington DC . The Technical Business Analyst will use agile principals and best practices to streamline project workflows, enhance collaboration among cross-functional teams, and rapidly adapt to changing project requirements to ensure high-quality project delivery. The Technical Business Analyst should have strong Data Analytics experience and be a wizard with SharePoint!

Responsibilities Include :

• Organize and monitor multiple interconnected projects.
• Possess knowledge and skill of SharePoint tools, includes workflows and SharePoint forms for tasks.
• Serve as SharePoint online site administration
• Build/Update sites, pages, as well as modifying, deleting, and managing permissions.
• Create workflows, triggers, notifications and approval process in SharePoint.
• Troubleshoot new and standing issues with SharePoint.
• Communicate with technical and non-technical people to collect requirements, understand issues, and discern business process needs regarding Microsoft 365.
• Consolidate data gathering and automate report generation through dashboards and KPIs.

Requirements Include:

• 12 years of total work experience, minimum of 8 years of experience in IT
• Masters Degree
• Experience with SharePoint and ability to build out SharePoint site
• Experience with collaboration tools such as JIRA, SharePoint, and MS Teams
• DHS Public Trust or Public Trust from reciprocating agency (FBI, DEA, ICE, CBP, TSA). Active Secret or Top Secret clearance will also suffice.
• Hands on Data Analytics experience

Compensation Includes:

• $95,000 - $105,000 *depending on experience*
