Business Systems Analyst (Adobe, Braze, OR Salesforce as Marketing enablement systems)

Work Location: downtown Toronto, ON. Hybrid, 2-3 days per week onsite, the other days remote
Our client, a leading IT consulting firm, is looking for a Business Systems Analyst.

Responsibilities:
• Bridging the gap between IT and Business stakeholders, driving cohesion at a program level
• Current state systems mapping and documentation
• Uncover areas of improvement and develop enhancement solutions
• Oversee implementation projects
• Familiarity with marketing automation and databases
• Familiarity with Adobe, Braze, and Salesforce as Marketing enablement systems
• Program-level leadership experience as lead BSA of multiple integrated projects
• Expert communication and stakeholder management skills, ability to adapt communication with great level of impact to diverse set of users and stakeholder groups
