Technology Operations Team:
This BA role will need to be open to scale any need in the group ranging from Client Systems Engineering (see desired skills in JD), IT Services/ITSM Engineering (Service Now, JIRA, Confluence, Monday.com etc), Telecom/Mobile/AV Engineering (including Corporate Facilities & infrastructure). Baâs are expected to be equal parts Product Management / Business Analysts + Delivery Managers and will engage in support + facilitation of Daily Scrum ceremonies, coordinate / admin Projects, Manage Domain Projects / Priorities as well as write typical functional spec, user stories, communication etc. This role will have a heavy focus in the Client Engineering space which is how we wrote the specific technical skills we are looking for.

As a Business Systems Analyst on Client's Technology Operations Engineering team, you'll interact with all organizational levels, focusing on. Reporting to the Senior Director of Infrastructure Engineering, you'll support the execution of the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of top-tier Tech Ops Engineering solutions. Your role is crucial in providing next-gen Applications and Systems solutions across multiple domains. You'll drive legacy system evolution by assessing tools, refining processes, and pinpointing product improvement opportunities to meet enterprise user needs. In addition to designing, delivering, and maintaining superior business systems solutions, you'll participate in multiple projects throughout the development cycle, apply project management methodologies, develop business area expertise, and contribute to multiple technology projects and initiatives.
Your responsibilities include:
Actively participating in the development of the product strategy and vision supported by internal and external analysis for your domains.
Developing strong partnerships with multiple business teams and leaders, gaining understanding of key goals and impacts.
Creating crisp business requirements and user stories that can be used to enhance our products and features.
Serving as a liaison between the business community and the IT organization to analyze, understand, and document current-state and/or similar business process models and business requirements.
Evaluating and articulating technical requirements and identifying impact, risk and benefit of alternative solutions.
Developing BRD/BPDs/functional specifications for new systems, systems changes and/or system enhancements.
Configuring system settings and options; Planning and facilitating user demos/testing and creating specifications for systems to meet business requirements.
Taking a leadership role in project management activities, including estimating, developing, and monitoring project plans for medium-sized projects, often spanning multiple application areas.
Managing, tracking, and facilitating multiple projects simultaneously from initiation to completion.
Capture, Publish, and Follow-up on meeting notes, action items, and other inter team communications
Providing 3rd level post-implementation support to business users with a strong client service.
Demonstrating the ability to self-manage multiple projects within tight timeframes and dynamic priorities.
High aptitude for interpreting technical documentation and authoring or updating documents including help desk run books.
Facilitating and providing documentation to support Training.

5+ years of related experience as a Business Systems Analyst, having contributed to multiple systems, infrastructure, and / or software projects throughout the entire development cycle.
Domain expertise in Systems Engineering & Collaboration Platforms
Collaboration Tools: Microsoft Teams, Office, SharePoint, Lucid Charts.
Data Management and Analysis: Power BI, Box, Smart Sheets.
Cloud and Security: Azure AD, Active Directory, Group Policy, IdentityNow, Okta, Secret Server, In Tune.
OS and Application Management: Microsoft Configuration Manager, Workspace One, Avalanche, JAMF, Druva, BIT9, OS Management, Application Management (Windows/macOS/iOS/Android).
Automation and Scripting: RPA UI Path, PowerShell, Python.
Strong attention to detail; superior follow-up skills and be result oriented
Strong analytical skill to devise solutions to complex problems.
Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills; comfortable presenting to and influencing executive-level management.
Effective at building consensus across the organization.
Proven track record in meeting deadlines and delivering successfully.
Be a life-long learner with a high just in time learning capability.
Ability to work independently and prioritize to achieve objectives.
Ability to work independently with âmake it happenâ attitude; able to successfully operate in areas of uncertainty and ambiguity.
Agile and flexible regarding changing priorities and business needs and working with diverse teams and people.
