Position: Senior Technology Operations

Duties: Works on multiple highly complex projects or a large complex GTP - Data platform program by driving projects through the lifecycle phases to successful completion as defined in project's charter in Cloud and Data Platform team. Guides multiple projects. Develops and maintains a project schedule to track milestones. Develops and executes plans for managing risk. Escalates project-related issues to management in accordance with project guidelines and requirements, govern project change control processes, coordinates production issue resolution, interprets data to help guide teams towards issue resolution and risk management, making recommendations regarding solutions to problems or issues; and present project status updates to senior leadership and key stakeholders. Demonstrates up-to-date expertise and apply this to the development, execution, and improvement of action plans by providing expert advice and guidance to others in the application of information and best practices; supports and aligns efforts to meet customer and business needs; and build commitment for perspectives and rationales. Provides and supports the implementation of business solutions by building relationships and partnerships with key stakeholders, identifies business needs, determines, and carries out necessary processes and practices; monitors progress and results; recognizes and capitalizes on improvement opportunities; and adapt to competing demands, organizational changes, and new responsibilities. Seeks and implements continuous improvements and encourages the team to leverage new digital tools and ways of working. Builds strong and trusting relationships with team members and business partners; works collaboratively and cross-functionally to achieve objectives.

Minimum education and experience required: Master's degree or equivalent in computer science, management information systems, industrial engineering, engineering management, business, information systems, project/program management, information technology, finance, management, or related area and 1 year of experience in project management, program management, program operations, or related area; OR Bachelor's degree or equivalent in computer science, management information systems, industrial engineering, engineering management, business, information systems, project/program management, information technology, finance, management, or related area and 3 years of experience in project management, program management, program operations, or related area.

Skills required: Experience with Agile methods including Scrum and Kanban. Experience with enterprise software engineering program management or project management experience for full SDLC. Experience using product backlog management tools including JIRA, Confluence, and MS Project for planning, execution, and release transparency. Experience building a project plan and milestones including work breakdown with dependencies and dates. Experience articulating technical concepts in business terms through MS Office tools including MSWord, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint. Experience with documenting and communicating project commitments, progress status, issues, risks, and mitigation plans to leadership. Experience coordinating with teams spread across many geographical locations with varying work schedules. Experience influencing both internal and external stakeholders. Experience managing Stakeholder expectations and building solid business relationships. Experience working in a triad model (Program, Engineering and Product). Employer will accept any amount of experience with the required skills.

Salary Range: $135,408/year to $202,000/year. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include: Regional Pay Zone (RPZ) (based on location) and Stock equity incentives.
