RemX is seeking Spanish Customer Service Representatives in Plantation or Miramar, FL.
  • Employment Type: Temp to hire
  • Start Date - monthly
  • Location: Plantation or Miramar | ONSITE
  • Salary: $18.00/hr. Spanish
  • Schedule: Must be flexible to work 8 hours between 8am-11pm (Will require at least ONE WEEKEND DAY)

Responsibilities:
  • Assist callers with questions and navigations of healthcare, health insurance, or meal benefits
  • Serve as single point of contact for customers and build a strong relationship supporting them.
  • Respond to and own consumer inquiries/issues.

Requirements:
  • GED / High School Diploma (or higher) REQUIRED
  • 1+ year experience in customer service REQUIRED
  • Call Center / Health Care / Insurance environment highly preferred!
