Call Center Representative Responsibilities:

• Deliver outstanding customer service by handling phone calls and emails in a professional manner
• Resolve customer issues effectively and efficiently
• Maintain and update customer account information in the internal system
• Meet and exceed performance goals, quotas and metrics
• Accurately document and address customer inquiries and concerns
• Ensure a positive customer experience by providing timely and courteous support

Call Center Representative Requirements:

• 1+ year of experience in a phone-based role (telemarketing, call center, collections or customer service preferred)
• Excellent communication skills (both oral and written)
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work independently while contributing to team success
• Strong multitasking skills and adaptability in a fast-changing environment
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with CRM systems is a plus
