Location: UChicago AdventHealth Medical Group: AHMG Heart and Vascular

The role you'll contribute: Answers incoming calls and performs triage of inquiries.

The value you'll bring to the team:

• Responds to telephone and/or Internet inquiries from customers seeking information and/or resources., following a set standard.

• Collects relevant caller data to assist with measurement, tracking and reporting activities.

• Track inquires, questions and answers and provide resolution. • Performs additional clerical duties as assigned.

Qualifications
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

• High school diploma or GED required.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE PREFERRED:

• 1 year of medical office experience preferred.
