Piper Companies is looking for a Call Center Specialist to join a thriving Biotech Company located outside of Raleigh, NC. This is an onsite role with great benefits and bonus potential!

Essential Duties of theCall Center Specialist:
  • Provide personalized case management services to patients and healthcare workers
  • Establish trusted relationships with callers to effectively resolve issues
  • Partner closely with internal team members to deliver customized reimbursement support to patients
  • Demonstrate comprehensive grasp of program services to support the individual needs of each patient


Qualifications of theCall Center Specialist:
  • 4+ years related customer service experience and an Associates degree OR 2+ years related customer service experience and a Bachelors degree
  • Must be able to work onsite M-F in Morrisville, NC
  • Must demonstrate soft skills required to field incoming calls as necessary
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite
  • Any professional healthcare experience is a big plus


Compensation for theCall Center Specialist:
  • Up to $60,000 annually plus multiple bonus potentials
  • Medical, Dental, 401k, PTO, paid holidays
  • Lunch provided daily
