We are seeking a driven and customer-focused Call/Contact Center Specialist to join our team in a contract (with the potential to transition to hire) role. You will be the voice of our company, providing exceptional customer service through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy building positive relationships with customers.
Responsibilities:
• Respond to incoming calls, emails, and chats from customers in a timely and courteous manner.
• Listen attentively to customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback.
• Provide accurate and helpful information about our products, services, and policies.
• Resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively, following established procedures.
• Upsell and cross-sell products and services when appropriate.
• Document all customer interactions accurately and concisely in our CRM system.
• Maintain a positive and professional demeanor at all times.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong active listening and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word and Excel.
• Prior call center experience a plus.
