Summary of Position

This position supports the operation of the Campus Services Office by providing excellent customer to service students, parents, faculty, staff and campus guests; maintain and manage working relationships with many campus departments particularly Housing and Business Services, operate electronic systems for meal plan and debit plan management, the campus ID program, biometric identification systems and electronic financial account management; ensuring data security and integrity and provide oversight to the financial transaction of approximately $35 million in cash, check and billed revenue.

  • High school graduation or equivalent.
  • Five years of office experience or five years of specialized training or higher education or any combination of experience and higher education equal to five years.

  • Keyboarding and computer skills, such as word processing, e-mail, Internet, spreadsheets and software applications as required by department.

    Duty/Responsibility

    Provide customer service to students, parents, faculty, staff, and campus guests in the office, on the phone and via electronic means. Solve parking, meal plan, debit plan and ID related issues utilizing a high level of conflict resolution and research to assist customers. Maintain confidentiality in handling and communicating sensitive or restricted information.

    Duty/Responsibility

    Open, close and change customer accounts in all parking, dining, and ID systems. Does research, basic analysis, and provides reporting and recommendations for management use from Tr these systems.

    Duty/Responsibility

    Act as a liaison between Campus Services and other key UNH Departments to meet their needs of dining, ID, and parking services. Residential Life preparing Hall Directors meal plans and Dining Dollars, UAHD & RA meal plans. Billing RA & UAHD meal plans in Banner and coordinating billing for Hall Directors meal plans and Dining Dollars. Work with Admissions and the Graduate School acquiring student lists for imports into office databases. Coordinate with Admissions and the Graduate School to acquire lists for imports into office databases. Provide support to First-Year programs to ensure that orientation and First Year events are successful. Arrange and coordinate parking utilizing special event management systems for conferences, seminars, and other special events. Create special event reports and communicate event needs to other staff members. Work with University Conferences and Catering to provide meal plan, ID, and parking support to various campus and non-campus customers including conferences, camps and academic programs during the summer session.

    Duty/Responsibility

    Create billing for all parking, dining, and ID transactions, including end of day reporting. Assist with reconciliation of debit accounts, meal plan sales, and other external and internal billing for parking, dining, and ID services ($10 million annually) with Finance.
