We are currently looking for a Full Time Casino Audit Supervisor, NB to join our Northern Neighborhood Casino Audit team located at Washita Casino.

Summary:

Responsibilities:
* Maintains files, logs, and records
* Maintains confidentiality, security, and integrity of data and information
* Ensures employees and resources complete assigned training and development
* Maintain knowledge of and enforce all laws, rules, regulations, policies and SOPs for assigned area, e.g. MICS, TICS, hospital standards, health codes, food sanitation, accounting principles, etc.
* Prepares weekly reports
* Mentors, coaches, develops and assists in training subordinate staff
* Assigns, reviews, monitors and ensures performance of assigned staff for area of responsibility
- Participates in candidate selection process
- Assigns tasks and responsibilities of assigned staff
- Reviews and documents work effectiveness of assigned staff
- Coaches and corrects assigned staff through performance deficiencies
- Observes and documents work behaviors of assigned staff
- Ensures cooperative and respectful work relationship of assigned staff including interpersonal training and resolving internal issues
* Ensures compliance with all laws, rules, regulations, policies, procedures and guidelines for assigned work area
* May be required to act as Manager on Duty in the absence of the manager to ensure all operational standards are maintained
* Runs reports from casino-based management system to verify assets from Soft Count, MR Vault and Accounting, to ensure accuracy of all daily deposits. May run coin in report to determine level of play, based bate, time and events occurring on a facility level
* Documents and reports any fraudulence or theft-related findings by analyzing manual payout from electronic gaming machines and/or players' comp
* Verifies detailed gaming transactions including, but not limited to, net revenue, (deleted comps) incentive cash and prize pay-outs by reviewing amount reocrtded by floor attendants and cashiers with the amount recorded in the casino management system
* Audits Casino Management System System information for correctness based on MICs, TICs, gaming regulations, internal policies and procedures and revenue reporting regulations
* Assists with orientation, special activities and training on specific procedures, tasks or equipment
* Ensures all audits, reports and other operational communications are accurate and timely
- Completes a variety of standard and ad hoc reports as required
- Assists staff with accomplishing bonus plan goals
- Ensures staff stays in assigned areas
- Investigates and resolves discrepancies such as machine tickets, cash drawer balances, etc.
- Resolves minor employee concerns
- Communicates area performance and operational information to line of support
- Approves/denies time off requests
* Participates in job candidate interviewing and selection process
* Interviews and selects job candidates
* Oversees job functions, development and job performance, including but not limited to, annual evaluations, employee development and performance management
* May perform tasks, duties and responsibilities of subordinate roles
* Supervises and monitors all staff within section
* Oversees Casino Management System financial gaming device win reports, to include review of coin in/coin out, jackpots and bill/ticket acceptance variances and research variances
* All other duties as assigned

Essential:
* Basic Computer skills
* Complete level 1 Core Leadership Training within 12 mos

* Must be able to operate related office equipment
* Accurately type 35 words per minute

Experience:
Essential:
* 3 years directly related experience

Nonessential:
* 1 year directly related supervisory experience

Education:
Essential:
* High School, GED or Equivalent

Nonessential:
* Bachelors Degree in directly related field

Credentials:
Essential:
* Pass gaming background check
* Gaming license or permit as required by assigned position
