We are currently looking for a Full Time Operations Shift Supervisor, NB to join our Northern Neighborhood Operations Unit 11 team located at the Jet Stream Casino working .

Summary:
Supervises Electronic Games employees on designated shift, ensures compliance with all gaming regulations and internal policies and procedures, as well as, implements staffing/development plans and related procedures designated to enhance departmental operations and growth.

* Maintain knowledge of and follow all laws, rules, regulations, policies and SOPs for assigned area, e.g. MICS, TICS, hospital standards, health codes, food sanitation, accounting principles, etc.
* Ensures employees and resources complete assigned training and development
* Resolves guest complaints using reflective listening, courtesy, and providing financial resolution as needed to create a winning experience for the customer and facility
* Compares machine and ticket discrepancies by using the ACSC system as needed
* Prepares shift reports
* Assigns, reviews, monitors and ensures performance of assigned staff for area of responsibility
- Participates in candidate selection process
- Assigns tasks and responsibilities of assigned staff
- Reviews and documents work effectiveness of assigned staff
- Coaches and corrects assigned staff through performance deficiencies
- Observes and documents work behaviors of assigned staff
- Ensures cooperative and respectful work relationship of assigned staff including interpersonal training and resolving internal issues
* Ensures compliance with all laws, rules, regulations, policies, procedures and guidelines for assigned work area
* Ensures all audits, reports and other operational communications are accurate and timely
- Completes a variety of standard and ad hoc reports as required
- Assists staff with accomplishing goals
- Ensures staff stays in assigned areas
- Investigates and resolves discrepancies
- Resolves minor employee concerns
- Communicates area performance and operational information to line of support
- Approves/denies time off requests
* May direct and support staff in other areas as needed

* CN Core Leadership Level 1
* Gaming license or permit as required by assigned position
