The Organizational Change Management group provides an internal consultative service to all divisions of the business. Their objective is to assist in creating positive acceptance of a variety of changes that occur to an organization. This can range from digital transformation (new software implementation), organizational structure overhauls, and beyond. This individual should have strong soft skills to acknowledge internal challenges and work with these internal customers to create the optimal outcome.

Required Skills & Experience

OCM Consultant
- 5+ years of Organizational Change Management experience (industry agnostic)
- Communications background tend to be favorable
- Bachelors degree
- Strong in soft skills with pliable personality to address variety of resistance challenges: digital transformation, change in org structure, finance transformation, etc.
- Supporting a broad spectrum of internal clients
- Must be on site (hybrid 3 days per week)
