We are seeking a Change Management Lead to be a bridge between leadership, contractors, and key stakeholders, helping the organization navigate the complexities of change while minimizing disruption and ensuring that the desired outcomes are achieved. The Organizational Change Manager is responsible for planning, implementing, and overseeing change initiatives within the Veteran Affair's DTC. This role focuses on ensuring that changes are well-received, adopted, and integrated smoothly into the business's culture, processes, and systems. The ideal candidate will have experience managing organizational change in Low-code No-code platform environments.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Create a Change Management Strategic Plan, identifying key stakeholders and setting clear goals for the strategic plan
  • Create a Program-level Readiness Plan and checklist to support change management with the client
  • Work with client to develop a uniform message on change for client organization, identify and address sources of resistance to change
  • Create a Change Impact Assessment document which will assess how the change with the client impacts various aspects of the organization
  • Provide coaching and support for organization members facing obstacles with change, work with stakeholders to build buy-in
  • Serve as the key advisor to senior most leaders
  • Produce documentation of the change process, including lessons learned, outcomes and challenges
  • Provide regular reports to client leadership and stakeholders
  • Provide continuous coaching to client leadership and stakeholders to ensure they understand their roles to drive change
  • Participate in Agile Sprints, Retrospectives and Backlog reviews as needed
  • Facilitate "whiteboard" sessions with stakeholders and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to define business processes

Required Qualifications:

  • One industry recognized cloud/cyber certification is (required). CCSK, Security+, SSCP, etc.
  • 5+ years professional experience managing relationships across diverse audiences from technology partners, customers, end users, executive leadership, and vendors to objectively communicate project deliverables, expectations, and contingencies
  • 3+ years of experience as a Business System Analyst, demonstrating a solid ability to facilitate business process improvements
  • Experience leveraging Agile best practices/methodologies to dynamically manage multiple projects with work in progress that may have dependencies
  • Experience working with leadership, business stakeholders
  • Expert in creating meaningful visualizations based on target audience
  • Proven ability to communicate the requirements, feedback, and status of target
  • Proven ability to communicate timeline considerations, escalation levers, deliverable contingencies, and completion goals
  • Proven ability to strategize across audiences by applying knowledge of business architecture and LCNC system of system engineering to identify, manage, and resolve solution delivery risks, future requirements, and prioritization change management
  • Proven excellent verbal communication skills - Verbal communication maturity to understand your audience and communicate appropriately based on the context, role, rank, and requirements from a varied potential audience base
  • Proven excellent written communication skills Witten communication maturity to understand your audience and communicate appropriately based on the context, role, rank, and requirements from a varied potential audience base. Must be able to clearly articulate dependencies in plain language with a call to action
  • Eligible to work in the United States
  • Abillity to obtain and maintain a government security clearance
  • All work must be conducted in the United States

Preferred Qualifications:

  • One industry recognized project management certification
  • Industry-recognized certifications in project management or specific technology platforms
  • Experience in the ADKAR method for change management
  • Experience using collaborative, process management and diagramming tools such as Jira, Confluence, Visio, Lucid Chart etc.
  • Knowledge of various cloud technologies, including Salesforce, Microsoft Platform, Appian, or Pega or various SaaS solutions
  • Reliable internet service that allows for effective telecommuting

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. UnitedHealth Group complies with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
