Summary

Hospital Sisters Health System is recruiting for a Chief Administrative Officer at our HSHS St. Clare Memorial Hospital in Oconto Falls, WI. This role is responsible for operations as well as nursing leadership within the hospital. This role reports directly to the HSHS Wisconsin Market Chief Operating Officer.

The ideal candidate is a seasoned hospital leader that is confident managing in a matrix environment with proven success as a nursing leader as well as an operational leader, specifically looking at experience in rural healthcare. The ideal candidate is also comfortable in community involvement.

Minimum Requirements:
  • Master's degree in business, healthcare administration, management, finance or related field is required or must be actively pursuing degree and graduate within 2 years of assuming the role.
  • Minimum of seven years leadership experience role in a hospital or health system, multi-specialty group practice and/or integrated delivery system is required.
  • Licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) within the state of employment.
  • Certification in Fellow in the American College of Healthcare Executives (FACHE) is preferred.

Qualifications

Education

Master's degree in business, healthcare administration, management, finance or related field is required or must be actively pursuing degree and graduate within 2 years of assuming the role.

Experience

7 years leadership experience role in a hospital or health system, multi-specialty group practice and/or integrated delivery system is required.

Certifications, Licenses and Registrations

Licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) within the state of employment is required.

Certification in Fellow in the American College of Healthcare Executives (FACHE) is preferred.
