Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our inbound Claims contact center team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will answer high-volume inbound calls, capturing detailed information for newly reported claims, answering questions on claims previously reported, and addressing inquiries related to settlement, status, and pending documentation.

- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Learn and adapt quickly to new systems, processes, and procedures
- Efficiently multi-task and manage multiple priorities
- Meet productivity and quality standards
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong customer service skills, with a focus on empathy and problem-solving
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new situations
- Good attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to efficiently multi-task and manage multiple priorities
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
- 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in an insurance or call center environment
