Olsten Staffing is assisting a well-established company in Florence SC in the search for an eager Office Assistant with Inventory experience. This candidate must have previously used the inventory system SAP. Plus Forklift Experience.

Hours:
7AM-5PM
Monday-Friday

Pay rate:
$13.50 an hour

Responsibilities:
Administrative Support: Provide general office support, including managing correspondence, scheduling meetings, and handling phone calls.
SAP Management: Utilize SAP software for data entry, processing transactions, and generating reports. Ensure accurate and timely updates to the SAP system.
Inventory Control: Oversee inventory management, including tracking stock levels, processing orders, and reconciling discrepancies. Maintain accurate records and assist with inventory audits.
Documentation: Prepare and maintain various documents, reports, and files related to office operations and inventory.
Coordination: Liaise with other departments to ensure smooth workflow and address any operational issues that arise.

Qualifications:
Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in an office assistant or administrative role with a focus on SAP and inventory management.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in SAP software and familiarity with inventory management systems. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Organizational Skills: Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities with a keen attention to detail.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Problem-Solving: Ability to troubleshoot issues and provide effective solutions in a fast-paced environment.
Education: High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications related to office administration or inventory management are a plus.

Pay Details: $13.50 per hour
