The Client Services Internship is an opportunity to work directly with our Client Services Department. This opportunity will expose interns to relationship building with our clients from all aspects of the stadium from skybox owners, group leaders, season ticket holders and corporate sponsors.

Please note that this is an unpaid internship intended for college credit. Those graduating in 2025, 2026, and 2027 are encouraged to apply!

This ideal candidate will be able to commit to an internship that will the majority of the 2025 season from the beginning of May through mid to end of August.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist in keeping skybox communications current and up to date.
  • Assist in creation of content/material for skybox holders.
  • Communication with group clients prior to game days to ensure all needs are met
  • Assist with setup & breakdown of stadium events - Set up all hospitality rooms for games.
  • Make sure room is clean, trash is emptied, tables and chairs are clean and neat.
  • Print group signs as needed for hospitality rooms.
  • Assist with the planning and implementing of marketing and promotional elements related to the club's partnership agreements to ensure complete client satisfaction
  • Entering and editing contracts in the ticketing system and distributing copies to the appropriate Sales Representative
  • Data entry of group sales information for the team's internal revenue tracking records
  • Printing tickets and delivering them to the appropriate Sales Representative or mailing directly to the client as requested
  • Assist in the box office, as needed, with individual ticket sales
  • Handle other duties as assigned


Minimum Qualifications:
  • Professionalism, friendliness, and a strong work ethic
  • Strong time management, communication, and organizational skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Outlook
  • Strong creative, written, and verbal skills
  • The ability to supply excellent customer service to all clients and fans
  • Able to maintain a flexible work schedule
