Job overview:

Schneider is seeking a Customer Support Specialist in Green Bay to assist new and existing clients of CarrierForge - a business that provides resources to trucking company owners. The Customer Support Specialist will collaborate directly with clients through answering their phone calls and messages, helping them find equipment and assisting them with setting up operational partners.

Responsibilities:

  • File federal and state applications and permits for clients.
  • Help clients find insurance brokers, electronic logging device providers, fuel cards, load boards and more.
  • Engage with users via various forums, including phone calls, messaging, emails, surveys and webinars to help determine their business needs.
  • Establish solid business relationships and maintain open, two-way communication.
  • Lead initiatives to improve productivity and performance to achieve desired revenue and earnings goals.
  • Create materials that convey the features of CarrierForge.
  • Assess the competitive landscape to understand trends and find potential new product offerings.


Skills and qualifications:

  • Associate degree.
  • A minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Able to lead meetings with customers and prospects.
  • Excellent networking skills.
  • Able to collaborate with vendors, customers and partners.
  • Experience using data and metrics.
