As a Clinic RN, you will play a pivotal role in creating a warm and welcoming environment; ensuring patients receive the highest level of medical care, and supporting their overall well-being in a primary or specialty care clinic. You will be responsible for a variety of different scenarios where you will collaborate with doctors and other healthcare professionals to assess the patient's condition and deliver treatment. In addition, you will administer medication and vaccinations; communicate various treatment plans, along educating and advocating for your patients. On a given day as a Clinic RN, you will play the role of a collaborator, educator, and advocate for the patients. You will spend time performing in the following areas:
  • Patient Care Advocate - You will be delivering compassionate and patient-centered care to individuals to all ages, backgrounds, and medical conditions, promoting their physical and emotional well-being. Additionally, you will be ensuring that our patients' voices are heard and respected throughout their journey with us.
  • Triage and Assessment - You will utilize your knowledge to assess, plan, develop individualized care plans and determine the appropriate treatment interventions.
  • Treatment Administration: You will administer medications, treatments, and procedures ensuring patient safety and comfort while maintaining meticulous documentation.
  • Health Education - You will educate patients and their families on various health conditions, disease prevention, medication regimens, and lifestyle modifications, empowering our patients to actively participate in their own care. In addition, you will offer emotional support to patients and their families during challenging medical situations.
  • Collaborative Team Player - You will work with a variety of interdisciplinary teams, including physicians, nurse practitioners, LPN/MAs, and other health professionals to coordinate care, share information and ensure seamless continuity of patient treatment.

What do we expect of you? Well, we are all different so we will use your unique contributions to serve patients. The qualified Clinic RN we seek will encompass these qualifications:
  • Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice
  • Proven experience in a clinical setting, preferably in a primary care or outpatient clinic.
  • Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
  • Excellent communication, empathy, and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in electronic health records (EHR) systems and medical documentation.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification; additional certifications (e.g., ACLS, PALS) are a plus.
  • Commitment to maintaining professional standards and ethical practices.
