Clinical Director

Insight Global is looking for a Clinical Director to join an amazing behavioral health company. This person will be responsible for managing 5-8 social workers, peer support advocates, and interns onsite in Ceres, CA. This person will be a counterpart to the Director of Nursing supporting the 24hr 16 bed program. The ideal candidate will be upbeat and passionate about offering support to community members going through mental health emergencies.

Required Skills & Experience

Must have an active LCSW
Experience working in an inpatient setting
Experience working with patients experiencing current or ongoing mental health emergencies (acute symptoms)

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Experience in a management or lead capacity
