Primary Responsibilities:

  • Utilize maintenance software and reporting tools to analyze data related to facility maintenance activities, costs, performance metrics, and trends. Interpret findings to identify patterns, opportunities for improvement, and areas of concern
  • Prepare comprehensive reports, presentations, and dashboards to communicate analytical findings, recommendations, and performance metrics to key stakeholders. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on goals and strategies
  • Work with predictive maintenance models and algorithms to anticipate equipment failures, prioritize maintenance activities, and minimize downtime. Analyze predictive maintenance data to refine models and improve accuracy over time
  • Remote Facility Operations Management
    • Oversee the day-to-day operations of multiple remote facilities, with focus on maintenance, equipment, housekeeping, and security
    • Develop and implement standardized policies, procedures, and protocols to ensure consistent and compliant facility operations across all remote sites
  • Leasing and Property Management
    • Manage leasing agreements for clinical facilities, including negotiation of lease terms, renewal options, and rental rates
    • Coordinate with landlords, property managers, and legal counsel to ensure compliance with lease agreements and resolve any lease-related issues
    • Conduct periodic reviews of lease agreements and recommend adjustments or renegotiations as needed
  • Regulatory Compliance
    • Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory standards, codes, and guidelines governing clinical facilities, including healthcare facility regulations and safety requirements, e.g. ADA OSHA and OSHS policies
    • Coordinate facility inspections, audits, and surveys by regulatory agencies and internal/external auditors
    • Develop and implement corrective action plans to address any compliance deficiencies identified during inspections or audits
  • Stay updated on industry best practices, emerging technologies, and trends in facility management and maintenance analytics. Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and innovation within the organization
  • Develop and manage facility budgets, including operating expenses, capital expenditures, and facility improvement projects
  • Travel is 25-50% for facilities support
  • Must be able to lift 50lbs

Required Qualifications:

  • Equivalent combination of education, experience and/or applicable military experience will be considered
  • 3+ years of experience in facilities management, maintenance analytics, data analysis, or related field
  • 2+ years of experience in oversight of maintenance, operations, and compliance with regulatory standards such as ADA, HIPAA, and OSHA
  • Experience with database management, data manipulation, and reporting tools (e.g., Microsoft Excel, SQL, Tableau, Nuvolo)
  • Proficiency in utilizing maintenance software systems (e.g., CMMS) for data input, analysis, and reporting
  • Proven record of successfully managing complex facility projects within budget and timeline constraints

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with predictive maintenance concepts and methodologies
  • Understanding of therapeutic physical environment in a clinic setting to reduce environmental stressors; implementing of calming effects to alleviate patient anxiety
  • Proven track record in leasing and property management, including negotiation of lease agreements and vendor contracts
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and execute facility-related projects from inception to completion, including renovations, expansions, and equipment installations
