Reasons Eating Disorder Center (Reasons) is seeking candidate professionals, preferably with previous experience working with eating disorders, trauma, substance use and LGBTQIA+ communities, to provide compassionate care to our diverse patients for our residential treatment facilities located in beautiful, intimate six-bed houses in the Pasadena and the Arcadia neighborhoods of the Los Angeles area.
Minimum Requirement:
Education: A Bachelor's Degree in a behavioral health area, marketing, business administration or related field is required; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Master's Degree is preferred.
Experience: Minimum of two (2) years experience in health care business development/marketing environment with measurable business development results, and knowledge of psychiatric, eating disorders and chemical dependency treatment principles, preferred.
Additional Requirements: Must maintain a valid driver license or ID in applicable state within 90 days of employment. Ability to travel as needed.
Job Description: The Clinical Outreach Specialist implements the philosophy, policy, procedures, systems and strategic goals set forth by the senior management team while maximizing eating disorders referrals from assigned accounts while developing new business to achieve the goals and objectives of the business development systems and supports and promotes excellence in customer/guest relations to uphold customer service/satisfaction levels of the hospital.
