Position: Azure Cloud Solution Architect
Location: Austin, TX
Duration: 12+ Months

• Identifying and documenting security/technical deficiencies for organizational prioritization

• Implementing process improvements and checklists for architectural review and approval

• Supporting the Architecture Review Board (ARB) on project specific research and action items

• Contributing to standards, patterns, and building blocks for architectural reuse
Job Duties:

• ?4 - 7 Experience designing and implementing Azure cloud computing architecture, cloud deployment models, and workloads.
• 4 - 7 Experience designing and implementing Azure cloud security architecture and employing relevant tools.
• 4 - 7 Experience designing and implementing Azure networking concepts and security best practices to optimize the protection of cloud infrastructure and data.
• 4 - 7 Understanding of business requirements and ability to align Azure cloud solutions with business objectives.
• 4 - 7 Experience defining Azure cloud computing vision, strategy, standards, or reference architecture.
• 4 - 7 Ability to communicate complex technical concepts in simple terms to stakeholders and work effectively in a team.

Preferred:

• .Ability to write scripts in a programming language such as Python, Terraform, or JavaScript to automate cloud deployment and management tasks.
• Experience implementing DevSecOps for Azure. N/A Bachelors degree in computer science, computer engineering, information technology, or relevant field.
• At least 1 active cloud certification. Azure Solution Architect Expert is preferred.
