We at The Village at Willow Crossings are looking for a compassionate CNA to join our team! As a Certified Nursing Assistant, your main role will be to deliver care to our residents within a warm, comfortable, and home-like environment.

What is our need:

• Full Time: 6a-2p (37.5 hours- includes every other weekend)
• Full Time: 2p-10p (37.5 hours- includes every other weekend)
• Part Time: 6a-2p (22.5 hours- included every other weekend)
• Part Time: 2p-10p (22.5 hours- included every other weekend)
• Part Time: 10p-6a (24 hours- includes every other weekend)
• Part Time: 10p-6a (16 hours- every other weekend)

Competitive Pay:

• Starting at $18.50/hour

Sign On Bonus- Up to $5k

CNA Duties & Responsibilities:

• Assisting residents with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Documenting care provided and reporting any changes in resident health or behavior to appropriate staff.
• Engaging residents in meaningful activities and providing emotional support.
• Utilizing customer service skills to ensure that residents receive exceptional and meaningful care.
• Other duties as needed.

Job Requirements:

CNA Requirements:

• Valid CNA-HHA license or certificate required.
• Prior experience in an assisted living community. Memory care experience is preferred.
• Demonstrates proficiency at reading and understanding a Resident Care Service Plan or assignment (e.g., ADLs and introductory visits)
• Previous experience working with people with dementia is desired.
• Willingness to learn!
