Pay Rate: $13.00 per hour

Shift: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm

As a Collections Specialist, you will play a crucial role in managing and collecting overdue accounts. Responsibilities include contacting customers, negotiating payment plans, updating account information, ensuring accurate payment recording, resolving disputes, and adhering to company and legal guidelines for debt collection.

Requirements: Candidates should have at least 1 year of clerical work experience, good phone etiquette, and basic computer skills.
