The Division of Access and Engagement is seeking a talented and dynamic Communications Coordinator to join our team. This exciting role combines expertise in design, web maintenance, photography, and videography to enhance our brand presence and deliver compelling content to diverse audiences.

Position Overview:

As our Communications Coordinator, you'll be at the forefront of creating visually stunning materials, maintaining our web presence, and capturing engaging photos and videos. Your creative skills will be instrumental in shaping our brand identity and communicating our message effectively across various platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

- Create eye-catching digital and print material

- Update and maintain our website and intranet

- Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality videos and photo

- Assist in content creation and management for multiple platform

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on communications project

Qualifications:

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in communications, graphic design, marketing, or related field

- Proven experience in digital/print design, proficient in Adobe Creative Suite

- Strong videography and photography skill

- Experience with website CMS (e.g., WordPress)

- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail

- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
