Kaseya's Digital Community is the place for our partners to find answers to their toughest IT questions, get product support from certified experts, and connect with their peers. Kaseya is looking for a Community Engagement Specialist to help drive this mission. Reporting directly to the Senior Director, Global Marketing Communications, and working closely with the Community Program Manager, this position will be responsible for driving and fostering partner engagement in the Kaseya Community online and in person at events.

Responsibilities:
  • Establish and maintain relationships with Kaseya partners and staff via the Kaseya Community.
  • Identify, research, and analyze current and potential community engagement initiatives, including our Ask the Experts Series, community special interest groups, and Cooper Cares Activations.
  • Develop and implement strategies to engage stakeholders in activities that promote our Kaseya Community mission and goals.
  • Design, plan, and coordinate events to promote the Community at Kaseya events and throughout the MSP industry.
  • Create and manage campaigns to increase public awareness of the Kaseya Community and Cooper Cares.
  • Create and launch incentive plans to motivate and reward community members for their contributions and achievements.
  • Monitor the Kaseya Community and report findings to management.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure that all relevant content and events are properly represented and communicated across all channels.
  • Work closely with the full Digital Community Team to ensure a smooth experience for our customers.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, public relations, communications, or related field
  • Minimum two years of experience in community engagement or a related field
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven ability to prioritize and multitask efficiently
  • Knowledge of community engagement tools and techniques
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Able to think creatively and develop innovative solutions
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
