Under the general direction of the Executive Director, Deputy Executive Director or the Staff Services Manager II, the incumbent performs analytical duties related to monitoring and compliance of the various bond and loan programs for the California Health Facilities Financing Authority ("CHFFA" or the "Authority") and the California Educational Facilities Authority ("CEFA" or together with CHFFA, the "Authorities")

The SOQ is designed to elicit information regarding each applicant's abilities, knowledge and experience in relation to the Staff Services Analyst / Associate Governmental Program Analyst position in CHFFA.
