A company in San Diego is looking for a Data Governance Compliance Analyst to join their team! This individual will provide compliance support for the DG initiatives in this department, including the following DG Threads: DG Process documentation, DG Roles and Responsibilities, Data Quality Management, Metadata Management, DG Communication and DG Technology Enablement. They will collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement data governance policies and procedures, assist DG leads with setting and documenting standards in various DG Threads (templates, process documentation, procedures, etc.), monitor and evaluate deliverables for compliance with DG standards & regulations, and provides compliance status reports, including opportunities for improvement. This is a hybrid position, and the Analyst will need to be onsite Tuesdays-Thursdays.

Required Skills & Experience

Bachelor's Degree
3+ years of professional experience in data governance
Proficient in reading SQL or Python queries
Ability to work onsite Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Experience working within SAP Hana
