Position:Compliance Analyst
Location:Juno Beach, FL
Duration :3-6 month CTH
Rate Range?:$45-$55/hr

Position Overview:
This job is responsible for assisting in the management and coordination the Company's compliance activities. Employees in this job provide interpretive guidance and training; and oversee the development of business unit controls for new regulations or new business initiatives.
Day to Day Responsibilities/typical day look like:

• Writes and refines processes and policies; ensures that the content of policies and procedures are up-to-date
• Works with business units on strategic initiatives to ensure that the processes are followed and due diligence is conducted
• Identifies opportunities for training, communication of policies and procedures
• Conducts benchmarking research on best practices, other companies' Code of Business Conduct and Ethics
• Monitors industry, state, and federal regulatory enforcement trends to inform CMS refinements as necessary
• Performs complex analysis, develops alternative recommendations and formulates implementation strategies
• Performs other job-related duties as assigned
