Compliance Manager

A large Semiconductor Company in the Seattle, WA area is looking to add a Compliance Manager to their team. In this role, you will be creating process improvements, working closely with auditors, to ensure compliance while aligning to new standards. You should have experience taking companies through PCI, SOC Type 1 & SOC Type 2, and ISO 27001 audits. This team is looking for a Compliance Manager following the implementation of a new set of compliance regulations prior to auditing. You will be expected to diagnose necessary steps towards becoming compliant and work with auditors to create solutions. You will develop procedures, assess potential risks, enforce policies, and discuss new rules/regulations with management. Required Skills & Experience
- 4+ years creating policies and procedures to develop and implement a compliance program
- 4+ years taking companies through PCI compliance
- 3+ years taking companies through SOC Type 1 and SOC Type 2
- 4 + years ISO 27001 and ISO 7001

Nice to Have Skills & Experience
- 1+ years with ANSSI (French Compliance)
- Technical background
- Comfortable communicating across different Business Units (Engineering and Business)
- Audit Experience
