The CSC Audit Readiness Specialist II ensures compliance with regulatory standards by developing auditing strategies, managing the compliance program, conducting targeted audits, and providing recommendations for corrective actions. They handle regulatory obligations across various lines of business.

Salary Range is $88,000 to $140,000

Required Skills & Experience
- Advanced computer proficiency, Word, Excel; and Access is required.
- 5 years in healthcare / regulatory auditing / health plan / customer service / call center
- Word/ excel (pivot tables / look ups / trend / filter ) / Power Point
- Medicare / medical / DMHC / Managed health care
- No direct reports / independent
- Write corrective action plans
- Tracking / trending / regulatory reporting
- Know regulatory parties - CMS / DMHC / DHCS / NCQA
- This position requires work after hours, on weekends, holidays, a hybrid remote schedule, occasional flexibility in hours/shift in critical situations and work on-call.
- This position requires handling various caseloads and flexibility to adapt to changing priorities which may include but not limited to redistributed work assignments, team projects, and other priorities as assigned

Nice to Have Skills & Experience
- Bachelor's Degree
- In lieu of degree, equivalent education and/or experience may be considered.
