A large energy company is looking for an Recruiter to sit onsite 5 days a week in Dallas, TX. Listed below are the tasks you will be completing.
• Sourcing and screening candidates for various Service and Construction positions
• Coordinating interviews and hiring processes with hiring managers
• Negotiating offers and closing candidates
• Maintaining candidate databases and tracking metrics
• Building and maintaining relationships with candidates
