A client is looking to identify a Construction Project Manager for the Washington DC market. The purpose of this position is to lead individual, multi-disciplined real estate project solutions for clients, with direct accountability for project delivery You will interfaces directly with clients to define project requirements. Prepares scope of work, project delivery

resource requirements, cost estimate & budget, work plan schedule & milestones, quality control, and risk identification.

Required Skills & Experience

2+ yeas of Construction Project Management

Advanced experience with Budget/Quality Control/Scheduling of multiple projects

Excellent Customer Services/Client Engagement skills

Experience creating and delivering facility project meetings

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

LEED AP Certified

PMP Certified
