Deloitte Consulting LLP seeks a Consulting, Manager in Houston, Texas and various unanticipated Deloitte office locations and client sites nationally.

Work You'll Do
Manage software advisory and implementation services to help companies unlock the value of technology investments as discrete services or comprehensive solutions. Evaluate the technology needs of an organization, develop strategies to increase the company's profitability, and design and implement plans to comply with legislation and ensure business growth. Manage day-to-day interactions with executives and sponsors and develop and maintain contact with top decision makers at key clients. Lead aspects of the proposal development process and contribute to the development of proposal pricing strategies. Perform role of counselor and coach, actively participate in staff recruitment and retention activities, and provide leadership and support for delivery teams and staff in local offices. Improve internal processes and promote knowledge sharing in the team, by contributing to the community of practice, blogs, and other forms of market eminence.

Requirements
Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, any STEM field, or a related field. Must have 3 years of related work experience in the job offered or in a related occupation.
In the alternative, the employer will accept a Bachelor's degree (or foreign equivalent) and 5 years of progressive related work experience. Position requires 3 years of related work experience in each of the following:
• Utilizing design thinking, Agile development methodologies, and human-centered design to provide software advisory and implementation services for clients in the Energy industry;
• Participating in all phases of Agile project delivery and Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) for designing, developing, testing, and implementing cloud-based data science tools for enterprise-level clients;
• Analyzing and documenting current-state systems, processes, and environments to support project design of future-state/to-be systems, processes, and environments, utilizing Microsoft (MS) Visio, MS PowerPoint, and Lucidchart;
• Utilizing Selenium automation testing tool to support unit and functional testing to ensure successful design and implementation of solutions;
• Setting up Continuous Build (CB), Continuous Integration (CI), and source code management to achieve fully automated CI/Continuous Delivery (CD), utilizing Cloud DevOps tools, including Azure pipelines and processes;
• Interfacing directly with client stakeholders to gather, analyze, and translate functional and technical requirements into project designs to deliver solutions that fully meet client needs, utilizing user surveys, process diagramming, wireframing, and developing Proof of Concept (POC) and Minimum Viable Product (MVP);
• Tracking and reporting on project and milestone deliverable status to ensure timely project delivery and communicating updates to internal and external stakeholders, utilizing Kanban boards; and
• Coordinating project responsibilities of cross-functional onshore and offshore team members to ensure efficient completion of project tasks, utilizing Jira and Azure boards.
