Work You'll Do
Manage SAP software advisory and implementation services to help companies unlock the value of information technology project investments as discrete services or comprehensive solutions. Manage the overall information technology project strategy by analyzing a wide variety of business solutions. Select the most relevant SAP tools/techniques to meet specific requirements and interpreting and reporting on outputs. Overseeing the process of improving the ability to react in a digital world and enable scalability, remove performance barriers, enable innovation, and modernize core systems and reimagine their business with SAP digital solutions. Oversee the information technology project needs of an organization, develop strategies to increase the company's profitability, and design and implement plans to comply with legislation and ensuring business growth. Manage and lead the information technology project proposal development process; contribute to the development of proposal pricing strategies. Perform role of counselor and coach, actively participate in staff recruitment and retention activities, and provide leadership and support for delivery teams and staff in local offices.

Requirements
Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, any STEM field, or a related field. Must have 3 years of related work experience in the job offered or in a related occupation.
In the alternative, the employer will accept a Bachelor's degree (or foreign equivalent) and 5 years of progressive related work experience. Position requires 3 years of related work experience in each of the following:
• Delivering components of engagements, evaluating client's business, modernizing core systems and reimagining their business with SAP digital solutions, utilizing SAP S/4HANA, Advanced Business Application Programming (ABAP), ABAP on Cloud, Fiori, Core Data Services (CDS), Workflows, Ariba, and Master Data Governance (MDG);
• Working across phases of the Agile, Hybrid Agile, Waterfall and SAP Activate methodologies, including various phases Discovery, Preparation, Blueprint, Exploration, Design and Development, Realization, Testing, Go-Live, Deployment and Post Go-live Hypercare support for solutions for enterprise-level clients, utilizing SAP S/4HANA Cloud and On-Premise Products using SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP);
• Developing integration strategy and architecture recommendations for integrating SAP S/4HANA (On Premise or Cloud) using SAP ABAP, ABAP on Cloud, Fiori, CDS, Workflows, and Cloud Platform integration Service on BTP to SAP Software as Service (SaaS) including Ariba, SuccessFactor, OpenText, and third party financial and reporting applications;
• Leading large-scale SAP S/4HANA GreenField and Brownfield implementations across organizations globally, driving program governance and managing client and stakeholder expectations;
• Interfacing directly with client stakeholders in process workshops to gather functional and technical requirements, analyze client requirements, identify business processes, document process flow diagrams, and prepare business blueprint documents, utilizing SAP Readiness Check, Solution Manager (SolMan), Atlassian Jira, Signavio, and Miro;
• Participating in project teams and project delivery and tracking and resolving key issues and risks to budget, scope and resources, utilizing Microsoft (MS) Project and Teams, SolMan, Development Tracker, Change Request Tracker, HP Application Lifecycle Management (ALM), and Jira;
• Utilizing HP ALM and qTest to support and perform Functional Unit, Integration, User Acceptance (UAT), Data Migration Load, and Post Go-Live Defects testing to ensure successful design and implementation of project solutions; and
• Designing and delivering user manuals and training for solutions to ensure successful implementation, adoption and maintenance in client environments, utilizing MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Video Recordings.
