Work You'll Do
Lead SAP software advisory and implementation services to help companies unlock the value of technology investments as discrete services or comprehensive solutions. Direct the overall information technology project strategy by analyzing a wide variety of business solutions. Select the most relevant SAP tools/techniques to meet specific requirements and interpreting and reporting on outputs. Manage service excellence by identifying key issues for key accounts, determining project needs by supplementing the standard assessment techniques and tools with innovative approaches, evaluating and validating analysis, and developing recommendations in the context of the overall engagement. Lead the information technology project proposal development process; contribute to the development of proposal pricing strategies. Help secure relationships with qualified targets and decision makers to uncover opportunities. Manage the pursuit process and act as a key advisor to the pursuit team throughout the sales process. Improve internal information technology project processes and promote SAP knowledge sharing in the team by contributing to the community of practice, blogs, and other forms of market eminence. 50% Travel required nationally. Telecommuting permitted. Work location includes various unanticipated Deloitte office locations and client sites nationally.

Requirements
Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, any STEM field, or a related field. Must have 4 years of related work experience in the job offered or in a related occupation. In the alternative, the employer will accept a Bachelor's degree (or foreign equivalent) and 6 years of progressive related work experience. Position requires 4 years of related work experience in each of the following:
• Managing the overall project strategy by analyzing a wide variety of business solutions, meeting specific requirements, including business case, pricing, or complex financial analysis, and interpreting and reporting on outputs, utilizing Accelerated SAP (SAP ASAP) and SAP Activate methodologies;
• Leading business development activities, including proposal development and responses to Requests for Proposals, eminence, and point of view development;
• Performing role of counselor and coach, actively participating in staff recruitment and retention activities, and providing leadership and support for delivery teams and staff in local offices;
• Managing day to day interactions with executives and sponsors, developing and maintaining contact with top decision makers, and organizing and leading pursuit teams;
• Leading components of engagements, evaluating client's business, and modernizing core systems and reimagining their business with SAP digital solutions, utilizing SAP Business Technology Platform ( BTP), Fiori, Analytics Cloud, HANA Cloud, Data Warehouse Cloud, Data Intelligence Cloud, and Process Automation modules;
• Evaluating the technology needs of an organization, developing strategies to increase the company's profitability, and designing and implementing core modernization solutions and plans to comply with legislation and ensuring business growth, utilizing SAP Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML) technologies, and SAP Analytics Cloud software;
• Executing client deliverables, including SAP solutions design, development, and testing per business specifications and agreed timelines, utilizing Agile Waterfall, Hybrid, and Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) methodologies, for implementing On-premise and Cloud-based SAP solutions for global deployment; and
• Leading and managing large scale SAP S/4HANA, Business Warehouse (BW4/HANA), Analytics Cloud (SAC), Profitability and Performance Management (PaPM), Business Planning and Consolidation (BPC), and Customer Business Plan (CBP) implementations throughout the design and development phases, in the Consumer Produtcs, Retail, Media, and Finance industries.
