Deloitte Consulting LLP seeks a Consulting, Senior Consultant in Houston, Texas and various unanticipated Deloitte office locations and client sites nationally.

Work You'll Do
Drive SAP software advisory and implementation services to help companies unlock the value of technology investments as discrete services or comprehensive solutions. Improve the ability to react in a digital world and enable scalability, remove performance barriers, enable innovation, and modernize core systems and reimagine their business with SAP digital solutions. Participate in setting SAP engagement objectives and scope, develop work plans for components of engagements, coordinate activities between workstreams and identify changes in scope. Perform assessments of existing information systems and identify gaps between business requirements and current system capabilities. Provide application analysis to meet SAP architecture and infrastructure goals. Provide industry insight and analytical support using data mining, pattern matching, data visualization, and predictive modelling tools to produce analysis and algorithms that help businesses make better decisions.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, any STEM field, or a related field. Must have 2 years of related work experience in the job offered or in a related occupation. Position requires 2 years of related work experience in each of the following:

• Creating technical and functional system requirements and use cases, including screen layouts, navigation flows, logic diagrams, data models, and process models, utilizing HP Application Life Cycle Management (HP ALM), Microsoft (MS) Office, SAP S/4HANA, and Waterfall methodology;
• Working across all phases of Waterfall methodology for the design, development, testing, and implementation of solutions for enterprise-level clients, utilizing SAP Plant Maintenance (PM), Material Management (MM), Finance (FI), Human Resource (HR) and Quality Management (QM) modules;
• Analyzing and documenting current-state systems, processes, and environments to support project design of future-state/to-be systems, processes, and environments using SAP S/4HANA and Waterfall methodology;
• Driving requirements gathering and planning, architecture, testing, implementation, and deployment, utilizing SAP PM, MM, FI, HR, and QM;
• Interfacing directly with client stakeholders to gather functional and technical requirements, analyze, and translate requirements into project designs to deliver solutions, using MS Office, Waterfall methodology, HP ALM, and SAP PM, MM, FI, HR, and QM;
• Designing and delivering user manuals and training for solutions to ensure successful implementation, adoption, and maintenance in client environments, utilizing Waterfall methodology, HP ALM, and SAP PM, MM, FI, HR, and QM; and
• Creating design workshop content, functional specifications, cutover plans and configuration documents, utilizing MS Office, Waterfall methodology, and HP ALM to communicate project tasks for implementation of SAP PM, MM, FI, HR, and QM projects.

Hours: M-F, 40 hours/week.
