Work You'll Do
Enable end-to-end journey from On-Premise to Cloud; may perform design and development within the following focus areas: Cloud messaging, ground-to-Cloud connectivity, Cloud Strategy, Operating Model Transformation, Cloud Development, Cloud Integration and Application Programming Interfaces (APIs), Cloud Migration, Cloud Infrastructure and Engineering, and Cloud Managed Services. Drive various aspects of the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), which may include requirements gathering, application configuration design, business process analysis, scripting, code deployments, enhancement validation, triage of defects and change requests, and escalations of urgent issues. Design and develop data governance standards, roles and responsibilities; design data conversion strategies and facilitate data conversion, mapping and cleansing workshops to support the clients' conversion to Cloud. Perform assessments of existing information systems, identify gaps between business requirements and current system capabilities, and estimate time and resources needed for the development work. Transform detailed requirements into a complete, detailed systems design document; support creation of interface specifications and call flows for the various components in the design.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, any STEM field, or a related field. Must have 2 years of related work experience in the job offered or in a related occupation. Position requires 2 years of related work experience in each of the following:

• Driving implementations of Cloud-based technologies, including data cleansing and conversions, interface design and development, and Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC), utilizing Azure Big Data Analytics, Data Lake, Storage, Synapse Analytics, Data Factory, and Databricks;
• Converting legacy data according to current system's data structure utilizing data warehouse tools, including Azure Synapse Analytics, Azure SQL/Hyperscale Databases, and Data Lake implementations;
• Designing conversion strategies and mapping rules between legacy data and the current system database to facilitate data conversion;
• Defining project approaches and driving Data integration and transforamtions, and Cloud Datawarehousing implementation activities across the solution delivery lifecycle, including Data Virtualization and Governance, requirement gathering, user story definition, process design, and assessment of business and launch readiness;
• Utilizing client scripts, business rules, UI (User Interface) actions and policies on the Cloud Big Data Analytics platform, to architect project solutions based on client requirements for Cloud modernization modules and integrations;
• Developing and reviewing required project documentation, including Techinal Design, Functional, and Business Requirement documents, presentations, gap analysis reports, process flow diagrams, roles and responsibilities documentation, and process documents;
• Working across all phases of the Agile lifecycle to design, develop, test, and implement cloud-based applications, utilizing Azure DevOps, and Continuous Integration Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines for enterprise-level clients in different industries; and
• Interfacing directly with client stakeholders to gather functional and technical requirements, analyze client requirements, and translate requirements into project designs to deliver solutions that satisfy client needs, utilizing Azure DevOps, Big Data Analytics, and Cognitive platform.
