The Content Design Manager will join the Central Product Platform (CPP) organization, a dynamic team that has transitioned to cover an increasing scope of consumer-facing work alongside traditional platform responsibilities. The role involves managing a team of four content designers and contributing individually to projects on Meta's Web Platform. Meta Web Platform has the mission to centrally empower effective and efficient web development at Meta. Across our consumer sites, business marketing sites, and online help center, the Meta Web Platform aims to unify the technical and information architecture behind our web properties, implement governance and standards (including UX and the Meta Design System) for web development at Meta, speed up workflows for web developers, unify web analytics and drive business impact through faster performance and conversion efficiency. By joining this team, you'll have an opportunity to help define strategy for an initiative with executive visibility and accelerate priorities for key stakeholders across Reality Labs and Business/Consumer Marketing.
