Understand the customer requirements, design intent, metering requirements, and high level sequence of operations in order to develop a final sequence of operations, controls specifications, equipment requirements, and develop cost budgets for the entire controls scope of work.
Develop or work with design engineers to provide all deliverables required to describe the controls scope of work. This may include controls block diagrams, equipment layouts, installation details, equipment schedules and specifications.
Procuring bids to cover the electrical rough-in work, all equipment, specialties and licensing required, and programming from any internal and external partners required providing a complete controls solution.
Coordinate with Pre-Construction and Business Capture to develop ROM budgets and scope narratives for controls portion of work to accompany new opportunity proposals.

Required Skills & Experience
Bachelors degree in engineering or related discipline preferred.
EIT and PE Preferred
Must have 5 years of experience in either the installation or design of controls systems of similar type as described above.
AutoCAD experience is a plus
Must be able to direct junior technicians
Must be willing to travel within the U.S. up to 25%
Must have exceptional communication skills (written and oral)
