Reporting Relationship: Senior Director - Engineering & Sustainability
Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m. and all stadium events which may include nights, weekends, or holidays
Status: Full-Time (Non-exempt)
Position Summary
This position reports to the Senior Director of Engineering & Sustainability and is responsible for the successful execution of operations functions at Bank of America Stadium. Specific areas of responsibility include the oversight and coordination of outsourced housekeeping vendors, waste hauling and recycling programs, and pest control vendors. This position plays a critical role in executing events at the Stadium and works closely with the Events team on a daily basis to prepare the building for a best-in-class guest experience. The Coordinator of Operations is expected to participate in a robust quality assurance program to ensure compliance with safety and performance standards.

Position Summary

This position plays a critical role in executing events at the Stadium and works closely with the Events team on a daily basis to prepare the building for a best-in-class guest experience. The Coordinator of Operations is expected to participate in a robust quality assurance program to ensure compliance with safety and performance standards.
Primary Responsibilities
- Execute event preparation and logistics for all stadium events (trash cans, tables, chairs, stairs, stages, security screening, dumpsters etc.).
- Ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
- Submit and complete cleaning, repair, and labor work orders using our computerized maintenance management system (CMMS).
- Monitor the execution by third party contracted services, verifying conformance with terms and deliverables.
- Expeditiously and thoroughly respond to Incident Management System (IMS) notifications during events related to housekeeping, pests, and overall venue presentation.
- Provide oversight and quality control of stadium cleaning vendors. Ensure expectations are met/quality control checklists event prep/during the event and post event.
- Integrate with all stadium cleaning, recycling, and sustainability programs for regular progress updates.
- Assist with concert preparation and event logistics - including floor protection, chair installation, equipment coordination, signage, field LED installation/breakdown.
- Assist with stadium signage installations, inventory, and upkeep.
- Assist with the management of stadium equipment assets and rentals.
- Assist with locker room load in and load out for all stadium events.
- Perform daily walks and monitoring progress of vendors and sub-contractors as assigned.
- Maintain inventory of all stadium owned items for major, live and special events (chairs, tables, pipe and drape, rugs etc.).
- Special projects as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
- Minimum 3-5 years experience working in an operations role for a sports/entertainment venue or public-facing assembly facility.
- Operations experience working in a stadium or arena facility
- Event set up and break down in a large stadium, arena or facility
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel software
- Must be flexible to work evenings and/or weekends and all Carolina Panthers, Charlotte F.C. and major stadium events, including events held on weekends, nights, and holidays when necessary.
- Must have a valid driver's license
- Must pass pre-employment screens
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience managing outsourced housekeeping contracts.
- Experience working with food and beverage operators, concerts, and other stadium events
- Experience working with a comprehensive asset management / CMMS / IMS platform.
- Forklift certification

Work Environment
- This job operates mostly outside and in/around a stadium facility, which may include inclement weather conditions.
