Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee cost accounting operations and staff
• Analyze inventory and cost of goods sold, supporting financial reporting and initiatives
• Oversee annual standard cost updates in collaboration with other departments
• Partner with various business areas for inventory control decision-making
• Lead the accounting team in standardizing processes and ensuring compliance

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting; CPA license or intent to obtain preferred
• Hands-on accounting experience in manufacturing
• Experience working with an ERP system
