Job Title - Customer Service/Counter Support

Pay Rate - $17/hour

Location: Harrisburg, PA 17111
Shift: 8am-5pm

Job Description/Duties

• Will be responsible for greeting customers as the come into the retail shop.
• Answer phone calls
• Assist in schedule service appointments
• Answer any questions from customers
• Take in orders from customers

Qualifications

• Strong work ethic
• Very strong customer service experience
• MUST have a valid drivers license and reliable vehicle
• Ability to handle all types of customers/cultures
• Must be prompt and have attention to detail
• Thorough in communication
